You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We recommend checking your order immediately upon arrival.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. We cannot accept customized items.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the item passes our quality check at the warehouse.
We offer free reverse pickup for defective items. A nominal fee applies for size/preference exchanges where applicable.
For international orders, return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
